Formed in 2011, MODCOR Construction has continued to grow under business owner Joe Lloyd who is a qualified carpenter and registered builder with over 17 years’ experience in the building and construction industry. Highly regarded for his profound knowledge in all aspects of construction, Joe is notably commended for his renovation work on post-war and Queenslander homes which showcase his exceptional craftsmanship and innovative design solutions. Joe brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to every project and leads a well-developed team of building professionals with long term valuable and reliable subcontractors.
